On Wednesday, March 20, AS build S.A. signed the project contract with the Municipality of Kalamaria and the Major Development Agency Thessaloniki S. A.
The project concerns the Bioclimatic Upgrading and Sustainable mobility of the PE 14-15 road network, while the creation of 11 parks, the expansion and creation of new pedestrian streets, the organization of parking spaces, the construction of roundabouts, the creation of a network of communal and public spaces, while the entire design foresees the unhindered movement of disabled people and people with mobility problems. In addition, the project foresees the creation of a cycle path and a bicycle parking system. The total length of the road network is 5,850 m and the surfaces to be configured approximately 27,000 sq. m.
