Construction has begun on a new 10-story residential building in the center of Thessaloniki, on a plot with a total area of 246 sq.m. The new building will comprise ten floors and will include a basement, as well as a ground-floor commercial unit with an internal mezzanine, combining residential and commercial use in one of the city’s most central locations.
