The renovation of the Health Center aims at the energy and functional upgrade of the buildng. The upgrade of the building shell with the construction of thermal insulation, the static restoration of the load-bearing structure and roofs, the electromechanical equipment and networks. The building’s operation will be improved through the implementation of the necessary internal modifications, as appropriate, and the replacement of the equipment.
In addition, works will be carried out to improve the building’s fire protection.
Finally, all necessary repair works are planned, as well as any required upgrades to the surrounding area.
