The Metropolitan Palace was made, according to the available data, between the years 1959-62. The building is free on all sides in the southern part of the plot. It mainly consists of a compact, rectangular outline of a surface area of approximately 370 m2 with a tiled roof. The elevations of the facades are configured around 9.60 m, while the high points of the roof are at a height of 11.60 m.
