The design and implementation of the project are based on the applicable urban planning regulations and the codes governing building safety, structural adequacy, and energy performance. Special attention is given to the functional layout of the spaces, the building’s aesthetics, and ensuring comfortable and safe conditions for both residential and commercial use.
