Change of use of the Nefeli Hotel, which was located 20 meters from the heart of Panorama. The building that extends to 5,300 sq.m. has 23 luxury homes with sea and mountain views, parking and storage, and shops on the ground floor. The apartments are made to high standards from 80 to 200 sqm and have 1 to 3 bedrooms depending on their size. For the smooth operation of the new use, but also for bioclimatic design of the new building, a parameter of utmost importance for the new Design, it was deemed appropriate to carry out demolition, repairs, reconstruction and interior design.
