Budget: 5.405.000,00 €
The project is about the bioclimatic upgrade of the Xrimatistirio Square and a significant portion of the old commercial and business center of Thessaloniki. The particular area is bounded by Egnatia, Ion Dragoumi Tsimiski and Dodecanese streets. The project includes coatings work with cold and photocatalytic materials, asphalt, construction of fountains and fans and new plantings.
The master and supervisor of the project was the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
