Successful Completion of the Project – Construction of a Five-Storey Building with Basement, Green Roof, Covered Parking, and Perimeter Fencing

On Thursday, May 22, 2025, the company AS build A.T.E. signed a contract with the Director of the 4th Health Region of Macedonia and Thrace, Panagiotis Bogatzidis.The signed contract concerns the energy upgrade, modernization, improvement, and renovation of the Health Centers of Nea Kallikrateia and Nea Moudania, under the jurisdiction of the 4th Health Region.

On 3 February, AS build S.A. signed a contract with the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. The present project will contribute substantially to the sanitary upgrading of the interiors of the buildings of the General Hospital of Drama and consequently to the optimization of the quality and maximization of the quantity of health services.

Construction works have commenced for a three-storey residential building with a ground-floor shop, basement and roof in Kalamaria.
